    Pages

    This is the home dashboard page, the first page the user interacts with. The template displays current data for the Leads, Invoices and Customer support tickets pages. The template has a sticky header and side bar which stay present when browsing between pages and tools.

    The GPT Tools page contains a menu corresponding to each of the 9 AI tools. Each tool contains its image, icon and description. If the user is not logged in, they will automatically be redirected to the login page. Documentation regarding the setup of this and other AI functions can be found in the .zip file documentation available with purchase of the template.

    The Auto Teams page contains a menu of 2 rows of tools which correspond to the Auto Teams available with this template. Each menu item opens the Auto Team window it relates to.

    The AI Assistant page contains the core custom GPT tool. This page contains a Botpress container to power the app. Documentation regarding the setup of this and other AI functions can be found in the .zip file documentation available with purchase of the template.

    The Leads page show a list of the current generated leads. This list can be filterered by Stage and Status and also contains function to create a lead manually which displays a create or modify lead window. Clicking in the cells displays a window with further details of the current lead.

    The Invoices page show a list of the current invoices paid or unpaid. This list can be filterered by Invoice Stage and also contains function to create an invoice manually which displays a create or modify Invoice window.

    The Support Tickets page show a list of the current outstanding tickets that need addressing. This list can be filterered by Ticket status and also contains function to add ticket manually which displays a create window.

    The Users page contains a list of current registered users of the application template. When logged in as Admin user is able to change to the role of the users.

    Data Types

    User

    Database that stores all the information relating to the template users.

    Field Name Type Description
    Name-First Text Stores the first name of the user
    Name-Last Text Stores the last name of the user
    Email Text Stores the users email address
    Image Image Stores the users image/profile picture
    Job Title Text Stores the users spcified job title
    Username Text Stores the users, username
    Light Mode Yes/No Stores the users Light or Dark mode preference
    User Type User Permission Stores the user permission relating to the "user permission" option set.

    Lead

    Database that stores all the information relating to the template users.

    Full Name Text Stores the full name of the lead
    Email Text Stores the leads email address
    Sales Rep User Stores the user assigned to lead
    Status Status Stores the status of lead. Integrated with "Status" data type
    Stage Stage Stores the Stage of lead. Integrated with "Stage" data type
    Phone Number Yes/No Stores the leads phone number
    Note List Of Notes Stores a list of notes on the lead intergrated with "Notes" data type

    Invoice

    Database that stores all the information relating to the template users.

    Billing Address Text Stores the billing address for an invoice

    Due Date Date Stores the due date of an invoice

    Ticket

    Database that stores all the information relating to the template users.
